Dr. Millsap received his B.S. from East Central University, Oklahoma and his Masters Degree and Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma. After intership training at the University of Oklahoma, he completed residency training at Texas A&M and a Vitreoretinal Fellowship in New Orleans at Louisiana State University. He was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1994.

Dr. Tharp has received the Readers’ Choice Award for Best LASIK from 2005 to present and was awarded the 2006 Ophthalmologist of the Year from the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology.
